About Me
About Me
My name is Catherine Horber, I have been in both the skincare and Hypnosis industry for many years.
I studied languages, then we had to pick another subject. Psychology was the first option. Then I worked for a big skincare company, Clarins, for 10 years. Then I decided to open a skin care center. I realized it was not always about the skin. It was about something even more important, opening up to your client.
I realized these women had a story we had to listen to.
We soon became counselors. These women wanted and mainly needed help and guidance. We gave them hope.
After listening and helping, we realized we had to do it more professionally. Then 10 years ago my daughter and I did a Hypnosis course (psychology alone was not enough something was missing) Wow that was the start of a brilliant! A new career! It became our passion.
NLP (a way of changing someone’s thought, behaviour, to help achieve great outcomes. It’s a reprogramming of pattern beliefs and habits that don’t serve us. )came along, Timeline, CBT (Assumes that unproductive or unhelpful thinking patterns, cause unproductive behaviour and undesired negative emotions)
We still combine skincare and Hypnotherapy, we even offer our signature Hypnotic Facial.
I am passionate about helping, guiding, and giving hope.
